我司办公室的设计是采用玻璃间隔及开放式的办公空间,为鼓励员工跟领导直接对话及沟通,共同探讨并解决工作上遇到的一些困难,公司领导们的办公室房门总是开着的,以便使员工可以随时进行沟通。
扎实的知识基础有助员工处理日常工作上疑问。因此各部门的领导将不定期举行知识分享,借此把知识传承及令跨部门的员工对公司的运作及业务有更多认识和了解。
我们将透过:
Familiar with company culture, structure, policies and workflow to provide comprehensive support to the management
Organize company events such as staff birthday party, annual dinner
Closely liaise with internal and external parties
Assist Department Head to execute office administration duties
Ad hoc projects as assigned by cross-departments
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related disciplines
Minimum 1-2 years’ working experience preferably gained in financial industry, fresh graduate will also be considered.
Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS applications
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is a must
